The Chalet

The Chalet is a modern cedar wood building. It has two bedrooms (one double and one with two 2’ 6” bunk beds for children and a 3’ single), a kitchen/dining room and sitting room with electric coal-effect fire. The bathroom has a power shower, a hand-basin and flush toilet. It is set in a very quiet and secluded position surrounded by a small lawn. The kitchen has been refitted for 2005 and includes a ceramic hob and built-in microwave and oven. <vacancies> <rates>

The Cottage

The Cottage is a granite building. It has a kitchen/dining room, one bedroom with 3’ twin beds, a sitting room with a foldaway double bed and electric coal-effect fire. The bathroom has a power shower, hand basin and flush toilet. Again the Cottage is in a quiet position and has a spacious lawn. <vacancies> <rates>

The Flat

The Flat is a self-contained wing of the farmhouse. Its entrance door opens to a lobby leading to the low-beamed living room with a slate fireplace with gas coal-effect fire. (gas included in rent). Also off the lobby is the bathroom (shower, hand basin and flush toilet) and stairs to the bedroom, which has one double bed. Both the bedroom and living room have sea views. <vacancies> <rates>

All the above are comfortably furnished and fully equipped with modern kitchen units, electric cookers, refrigerators, microwave cookers, kettles, toasters and kitchen equipment. Each let has a remote control colour television, radio and hair-dryer. There are immersion heaters for hot water, electric room heaters and dehumidifiers. The bathrooms all have fan heaters, electric towel rails and shaver points. Electricity is paid for by £1 coin meter.

In the nearby campsite building a coin-operated washing machine and a tumble drier are available. There is an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner in the chalet and cottage, and these are available on request in the flat. There is a picnic table with benches and a sun lounger in all three gardens. An inventory is available on request.

One extra person can be accommodated in each place for an additional charge, including infants in the total. A cot and Z-bed are available. There is no charge for these if the total does not exceed the numbers stated above. Please consult us before bringing an extra person so that we can advise on the suitability of the accommodation.

Rates are inclusive of bed linen hire and transport for luggage across the island. Please make sure all your luggage is labeled with your name and Troytown, St. Agnes. Please phone us a few days before traveling if you would like details of boats from St. Mary’s.

Dogs are accepted only by prior arrangement in the chalet and cottage and limited to one per family at a charge of £10 per week. Please keep on a lead around the farm and ensure they cause no nuisance by fouling or barking.

Troytown has its own, regularly tested, water supply. This is normally adequate but we ask all visitors to be careful and considerate in the use of water. We can supply milk, dairy produce, beef and potatoes all produced on the farm. An order for your arrival may be put on your booking form.
