The Chalet

The Chalet is a light and airy cedar wood building. It is perfect for families, with two bedrooms (a double and one with bunk beds and a 3’ single), a modern kitchen-diner, sitting room & bathroom with walk-in shower. It is set in a very quiet and secluded position close to beaches and local amenities, surrounded by a private, sheltered, lawned garden.       <vacancies> <rates>

The Cottage

The Cottage is a traditional granite building. It has a kitchen/ dining room, one twin bedroom, a sitting room with a foldaway double bed and electric coal-effect fire. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Again the Cottage is in a quiet position and has a spacious lawn. <vacancies> <rates>

After refurbishment and extension in Autumn/ Winter 2008, the Cottage will be our most spacious, comfortable and luxurious let.

This traditional granite and wooden building will have large double & twin bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups. We will provide a modern, fully equipped kitchen and large open plan lounge/diner with sea views and access to the private sheltered patio and lawned garden. The cottage will combine Scillonian character with modern comforts such as underfloor heating and plenty of headroom! It is in a quiet peaceful location, close to the islands beautiful beaches and breathtaking walks.

The Flat

The Flat is a self-contained wing of the old granite farmhouse. Its entrance door opens to a small hallway leading to the low-beamed living room with kitchen and dining area. Also off the hall is the bathroom and stairs to the landing and double bedroom. Both the bedroom and living room have stunning sea views out towards the western rocks and Bishop Rock lighthouse.

All of our lets are comfortably furnished and fully equipped as follows:

Kitchen — Cooking facilities, including an electric cooker, hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Bathroom — Toilet, hand-basin, walk-in shower, electric towel rail and shaver point.
Living Area — Remote control colour television, DVD player, CD/radio and comfortable seating.
Bedrooms — Storage for clothes, hair-dryer. Bed-linen and towels are included.
Laundry — In the nearby campsite building a coin-operated washing machine and a tumble drier are available. All lets also have access to an iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
Garden — Lawn area with picnic table, BBQ and sun loungers.

Our self-catering visitors also benefit from the following services:

Luggage Transfer — We will collect your bags from St Agnes quay and deliver them to your let.
Groceries delivered on arrival — The island grocery store operates a pre-order service so a box of groceries can be delivered to your let on the day of your arrival.

A high-chair and a travel cot can be provided on request.

One extra person can be accommodated in each place for an additional charge, including infants. There is no charge for these if the total does not exceed the numbers stated above. Please consult us before bringing an extra person so that we can advise on the suitability of the accommodation.

Dogs are accepted only by prior arrangement in the chalet and cottage and limited to one per family at a charge of £10 per week. Please keep on a lead around the farm and ensure they cause no nuisance by fouling or barking.
