The Flat is a self-contained wing of the old granite farmhouse. Downstairs there is a characterful living room with low, beamed ceiling and kitchen and dining area with beautiful views across the ocean. Also downstairs are the bathroom with walk-in shower and entrance hall. The Flat is warm and cosy with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.
Upstairs has a double bedroom and landing area. Both the bedroom and living room have stunning sea views out towards the western rocks and Bishop Rock lighthouse, and window seats from which to enjoy them! The Flat has a garden with a picnic table, chairs and a fantastic view. The changeover day for The Flat is a Friday.

Rates are per week and include bed linen, towels, electricity and transport for luggage across the island. Dogs are not allowed in our Flat. The Flat is strictly non-smoking. An extra person can be accommodated by prior arrangement, at a charge of £80 per person per week excluding infants in cots. A travel cot and highchair can also be supplied free of charge.
