Children under 3 at the start of the holiday are free of charge. A non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking of £2.00 per person per night. Minimum deposit £20 or full fee if less than £20. The balance is payable during your stay.
Terms and Conditions: We do not ask for advance payment of your balance but from 17th July – 31st August YOU ARE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR THE FULL PERIOD BOOKED AND FOR THE NUMBERS RESERVED even if your holiday is cancelled or shortened for any reason. No charge will be made for alterations or cancellations if we are informed up to 7 days before the start of your holiday other than loss of deposit. Outside our peak season, we are happy for you to be flexible about arrival and departure dates.
PLEASE NOTE - We do not normally accept bookings with arrival or departure on Sundays.

* One extra person can sometimes be accommodated in each place for an additional charge of £70 per person per week. This excludes babies in cots. A travel cot and/or extra bed are available on request. Please consult us before bringing an extra person so that we can advise on the suitability of the accommodation.
Dogs are accepted only by prior arrangement in the chalet and cottage but not the flat. Dogs are limited to one per family at a charge of £15 per week. Please keep on a lead around the farm and ensure they cause no nuisance by fouling or barking.
Luggage is transferred from St Agnes quay to your let and back on departure free of charge. Rates are inclusive of bed linen, towels and electricity.
Please make sure all your luggage is labelled with your name and Troytown, St Agnes. Please phone us a few days before travelling if you would like details of boats from St. Marys.
We are responsible for our own water supplies, and use a combination of deep borewells and rainwater which is all UV light treated before use. This is normally adequate but we ask visitors to be careful and considerate in the use of water.
